Here at the Wetlands and Wildlife Care Center, we're excited to participate in an international research community dedicated to studying the movement and behavior of birds! The people and organizations working with Motus tag animals, erect antennas, and help gather data from all over the world.

We've erected a Motus tower at our location and tagged six birds so far (one of which has been spotted as far north as Oregon!). If you want to check out our tower--or our tagged birds--you can start by checking out the Motus website.
