As humans continue to invade remaining natural habitats in Orange County, the need for wildlife care and education will increase. Today, the Center has a daily capacity of 400 birds and mammals, and an emergency capacity of 1,000. To prepare for the increasing needs of our precious wildlife population, the Center is building a cost-effective, comprehensive, state-of-the-art wildlife rehabilitation center.

The center is located
on 2 acres at the corner of Newland and Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington
Beach California. Our current facility consists of a 2,150 square foot
oiled-wildlife cleaning building, and 5,000 square feet of outdoor animal
enclosures. Our future facility will include a state-of-the-art
wildlife treatment hospital, a recovery ward, flight cages, an education facility, and exhibits.
You can be a part of the future Wetlands and
Wildlife Care Center. Contact the Center for donation information, or
visit our Support page where you can print out and mail a membership
form. Our future is dependent on donations from caring individuals like
you.
The Center is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
